ARTWORK SHIPPING: Please send your physical address in the information box when checking out. Shipping for paintings are carefully packed by USPS or FedEx. Once payment is received, I will ship the item within 3 to 7 days. Artwork shipped overseas may take longer, up to 6 weeks.

Books
Tina Karagulian is a artist, poet, and speaker whose work focuses on the intersections between spirituality and creative expression. In her memoir It Is Time, she shares stories of gender discrimination, the Armenian Genocide from her family history, awareness of the shadow within us all, and reconciliation through creativity, dialogue, and contemplative prayer. Her poetry and prayers have been published in Inner and Outer Space: Paintings and Poetry, Under the Papaya Tree: A Book of Love Poems, New Skin: Poetry and Prayers, and the following anthologies: Lifting Women's Voices, and Sustaining Abundant Life.
Black Rose Arts & Press has designed covers and assisted in publishing of the following books: Scarred Angels and Galilee by Paschal Murat Booker of Horsesdark Press, The Last Dance: A Daughter's Journey and Finding the Long Street Home: Angelo’s Adventures by Teresa Arata-Maiers.

Cancellation Policy
Each artwork, session, package, or retreat is created with loving intention for health, wellness, peace, awakening of creative gifts, and inner transformation.
For Artwork you purchased, if it is defective when received through the mail, Tina Karagulian will pay for the shipping expense to have it returned to her, repaired, and resent to you, or if unable to be repaired, will apply a credit toward another painting will be applied and sent to you.
If you purchase an individual consultation or session, and need to cancel an appointment, the session is nonrefundable yet a credit can be applied to another session scheduled within a week of cancelled date, if it is available in the schedule.
If you purchased a 12-week one-on-one package, group package, or other one-on-one package or customized package of services, all purchases are nonrefundable, yet a credit toward individual booked session dates can be applied within 4 months of the initial package purchase date.
If you purchase a full in-person or online group retreat package, please note that your payment amount is nonrefundable. By paying, you agree to the conditions and cancellation policies, and do not hold Tina Karagulian, Black Rose Arts & Press, or the retreat center liable. Your full payment financially supports Tina Karagulian of Black Rose Arts & Press, paying for her retreat preparation time for the months leading to the event / retreat, and payments toward the retreat center. You as the client are free to apply for full trip insurance on your own that covers ALL reasons, situations, and scenarios (virus pandemic, natural disaster, death in a family, illness, inability to physically get to the retreat location, etc.) in the event you, the client cancels for any reason, Tina Karagulian of Black Rose Arts & Press cancels, or the retreat center cancels. In the unlikely event that the retreat center cancels, (due to health ordinance, natural disaster, or any other reason), and you had paid in full for the retreat experience, then you can 1) apply your entire amount toward a future scheduled retreat with Tina Karagulian (if rescheduled within a year of initial retreat date), or 2) you can receive a refund of 25% of your payment amount received after processing fees, and receive the remaining 25% as a credit in classes, individual sessions or offerings with Tina Karagulian, or 3) you can receive 50% of your amount returned to you, less any processing fees. In the unlikely event that Black Rose Arts & Press cancels (due to health, death of loved one, or inability to physically get to the retreat center, natural disaster, or any other reason), and you had paid in full for the retreat experience, then 1) you will be refunded the entire payment amount less processing fees or 2) apply your full amount toward a future rescheduled retreat (to be used within 1 year of initial retreat date).
