Inner Child 6-Week Course

Inner child connection and reparenting is one way to understand our triggers and heal our frozen fears. Often emotional blind spots or shadow places within us are at the root of many misunderstandings, or reactivity in relationships. Many of us learned to expect others to fulfill a role that we instead can nurture and heal. Some part within us that has felt overlooked, betrayed, or frozen in a memory often needs nourishment, comfort, and opportunity to speak uncensored truths. Understanding the Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn responses and which ones your inner child has used to be safe and navigate childhood is one step. As we rewire our first response inward instead of outwardly projecting our expectations onto others, we begin a wonderful journey of self-love, yet many of us never learned a step-by-step process of just how to do that. In this 6-week course, show compassion and tenderness toward yourself; explore ways to dialogue with yourself to calm anxiety and emotional reactivity; untangle love from wishful or misguided thinking; release hidden uncensored truths and speak and ground your empowered wisdom. Each week you will receive a handout and experience an embodiment process within a small group with others. Please bring journal, pen, water bottle, yoga mat, & comfortable pillow or meditation cushion. (Feel free to contact Tina if you would like to participate in a self-paced online version of the class, and/or also connect with others live for weekly online classes to learn and support one another in a group setting.

Pre-recorded Kundalini Yoga Sets

Recorded hour or hour and 15 min complete Kundalini Yoga sets with gong relaxation, so that you can play toward your daily or 40-day yoga practice. Your yoga link will be sent to your e-mail address upon purchase. Specify the session that you wish to support you when selecting the item.

Treating Pranic (Breath) Imbalances yoga set incorporates various breath meditations to bring more oxygen into the body, bring balance to the navel point and up the spine. This is a powerful set for all types of anxiety or depression, or if you are going through a huge transition, clearing the way so your intuition and creativity are instead activated.

Basic Spinal Series systematically from the base to the top of the spine works all 26 vertebrae, and gives a burst of energy through all chakras (or energy centers) in the body. This is a good series to do before meditaton. Many people report greater mental clarity and increased circulation of the spinal fluid, which are linked to a good memory.

Four Exercises to Welcome Success & Happiness, and Expel Grief and Guilt set releases “centuries of old grief” and mourning, unresolved loss, guilt for having success, and emotional pain that holds us back from the full commitment to the present. The set adjusts you to welcome positive experiences, creates emotions with lightness and perspective, invites waves of joy and happiness, balances both sides of the brain, and brings a deep calmness.

Heart Yoga Set includes warmups, breath meditations, and kriyas to support the heart and open to more compassion and humility. We begin with the breath meditation to balance the mind and heart, continue with a set to support the glandular system, and end with a healing meditation.

Death/Rebirth Transition Gong Sound Healing Session opens the heart and assists with the changes within the body, to assist with actual physical death process or death of old beliefs and fears that are needing release. The sounds of the gong help to integrate and support in the rebirthing process.
Listen to the gong when you are not driving and can relax undisturbed.

Achieving Equilibrium: Balancing the Vayus is an advanced yoga set to bring balance to the 3 Vayus, or breath or wind areas of the body: the heart up to the neck, which regulates inspiration, positivity, and the zest for life; the neck up the head, which regulates speech and the ability to project in the world; and the navel point downward, which governs assimilation, balancing what to retain and what to release, and strengthening a sense of security.

Navel Point, Heart Yoga Set with 7 Chakra Meditation This yoga set balances prana (life force, breath) and apana (the eliminating breath) by focusing on the Navel Point and the Heart Center. It is good for strength, digestion, abdominal toning, and allevating mild depression. The meditation opens the mind to new experience, and many report feeling calm, relaxed, and mellow.

The Kriya for Elevation exercises the spine and aids in the circulation of prana (breath) to balance the chakras or energy centers of the body. We end with the Meditation for a Calm Heart, a soothing breath practice (pranayama) to relieve anxiety and promote calmness and mental clarity, bringing balance to your relationship with others and yourself.

WHEN YOU PURCHAE a Session, Class, Course (Self-Guided, Online, or In-Person), Package, or Retreat:

Each session, package, or retreat is created with loving intention for health, wellness, peace, awakening of creative gifts, and inner transformation. Services or products by Tina Karagulian or Black Rose Arts & Press, co-facilitators or contracted staff. By registering for the session, class, package or retreat, you (the “Participant”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). If you have any objections to the following Agreement, do not register for the services or products.

Cancellation Policy

If you purchase an individual consultation or session, and need to cancel an appointment, the session is nonrefundable yet a credit can be applied to another session scheduled within a week of cancelled date, if it is available in the schedule.

If you purchased a 12-week one-on-one package, 6-month package, group package, or other one-on-one package or customized package of services, all purchases are nonrefundable, yet a credit toward individual booked session dates can be applied within 4 months of the initial package purchase date.

If you purchase a full in-person or online group retreat package, please note that your payment amount is nonrefundable. By paying, you agree to the conditions and cancellation policies, and do not hold Tina Karagulian, Black Rose Arts & Press, or the retreat center liable. Your full payment financially supports Tina Karagulian of Black Rose Arts & Press, paying for her retreat preparation time for the months leading to the event / retreat, and payments toward the retreat center. You as the client are free to apply for full trip insurance on your own that covers ALL reasons, situations, and scenarios (virus pandemic, natural disaster, death in a family, illness, inability to physically get to the retreat location, etc.) in the event you, the client cancels for any reason, Tina Karagulian of Black Rose Arts & Press cancels, or the retreat center cancels. In the unlikely event that the retreat center cancels, (due to health ordinance, natural disaster, or any other reason), and you had paid in full for the retreat experience, then you can 1) apply your entire amount toward a future scheduled retreat with Tina Karagulian (if rescheduled within a year of initial retreat date), or 2) you can receive a refund of 25% of your payment amount received after processing fees, and receive the remaining 25% as a credit in classes, individual sessions or offerings with Tina Karagulian, or 3) you can receive 50% of your amount returned to you, less any processing fees. In the unlikely event that Black Rose Arts & Press cancels (due to health, death of loved one, or inability to physically get to the retreat center, natural disaster, or any other reason), and you had paid in full for the retreat experience, then 1) you will be refunded the entire payment amount less processing fees or 2) apply your full amount toward a future rescheduled retreat (to be used within 1 year of initial retreat date).
